How to use this resource
When engaging with the repertoire in this resource, it is important to do so intentionally and respectfully, as to actively avoid tokenism.
Intentionally curating repertoire should happen each time you design a program. Make celebrating their music a part of your daily practice and of each performance you give.
Many of the composers in this resource are living composers, and reaching out to them to let them know that you are performing their music is highly encouraged. Not only do advocates compensate composers fairly, but they develop meaningful and lasting relationships with the artists and composers whose music they program.
We recommend using key words to search if you are looking for something in particular. If you're unable to find what you're looking for, let us know in the contact tab.
